Week 6

We have begun exploring the Nicene Creed as part of our learning journey through Creation. Together, we are discovering what we believe as a Church family - that God is our Creator, the giver of life, and the source of all that is good.

Week 5

We've have been working together with our buddies completing our Journey of Hope pilgrimage around the school. We were able to reflect and pray together. A lovely time spent with our buddies thanking God for our world, friends and school.Our buddy work continued as we made Pilgrim of Hope postcards, writing words of encouragement and hope to those who may need it this year!

Week 4

We've been exploring The Lord's Prayer and asking: Who is God, Our Father? and what does He mean to us? The children shared their wonderful ideas and turned them into beautiful bunting to hang in our classroom — a daily reminder of God's love and guidance.

Week 3

We've been completing Creation story chains to help with our retelling of Genesis 1, The story of creation.

Week 2

We started Branch 1 of our RE which is called Creation and Covenant. We shared the story of Creation, looking at what God did on each day. We have been working towards retelling the story.

In Phase Worship we talked about the importance of families, looking at the first family Adam & Eve, the Holy Family and then thinking about showing love to our own families.

Our Helpwr Heddiw children have also been leading prayers before dinner each day.

Week 1

This week we focussed on the canonization of Blessed Carlo Acutis, we watched an animation about him - Carlo Acutis Video - as well as using the Mark 10 Mission's Little Liturgy Mark 10 Mission Carlo

We've thought about how we can also share our love of God.
